umm….what tools did u use to make the base of the anime heads and their hair n everything? my mom is gunna take to to a art’s supply store and i need the right tools to make sum perfect anime because im extremely good at it!

i drew the first person and then i showed it to my step-mom and my dad and then my dads friend was there to and they all said that i couldn’t have done better. then my step-mom leans over and says “what is up with your hair” any way thnx alot!!!!
Well done! This honestly helped so much, it gave me so many pointers and tips, and I actually feel inspired! By the way, I noticed how you held your pencil, your fingers were far up, and your index finger bent like that. You’re double-jointed, right? Is that possibly a good way to hold your pencil when drawing? I hold my fingers very close to the brown part of the pencil. hey mark i commented once on 1 of your vidoes and i asked you which software should i use if i iwanna start drawing n the pc and you told me gimp or some thing but i really want to learn how to draw manga by hand i made some drawing but they dont come near to the level you draw i have the most problems with drawin simetric eyes and drawing a nice hair

Hey, could you upload a tutorial on how to draw those base heads? I’m new to drawing manga style (in fact, just new to drawing in general). I watched your “eye placement” tutorial and did a fine job if I say so myself, but that’s the only head I can do…Can you help?
You oughta make a bunch of how to draw books. One for each aspect of characters: Clothing, faces, hair, poses, character placement, scenery…I have a book with all of those in one, but one book for each of those would go so much in depth, and be so helpful

Anime artists don’t take the time for details, but they do color and h***, they make moving pictures o-o Manga artists draw pretty details that might make you stare (drool) a little longer at a picture. Don’t have a battle of the artists… It’s all about art.
by watching other peoples manga drawings that people mad I get an idea of what I should draw I don’t know why but Mark Crilley just only seems to give ideas. I still won’t unsubscribe him I just might only watch his new videos, its only the people who are above my level they aren’t to high above my level they inspire me to draw more manga, I get this twist in my stomach when I watch them I sorry Mark Crilley it just seems tutorials just seem non-inspiring to me for some reason I’m sorry.
Well Asian to me, someone who was born in Asia, Asian blood ( 100% ), knows Chinese, Japanese or Korean.I am “Asian”, and its even insulting that you would call it “asian” because even Indians, are Asians yet you distinguish them differently, remember there are multiple types of Asian, meaning that Japanese itself should be on top….
Well, no matter, just practice
I personally have a notebook that is for drawing only, and i draw regularly at school… My drawings kinda suck compared to all the pros out there, but I still like to do it, and it makes me happy when I finish a drawing… It doesn’t matter if you’re good or not, if you like it, just do it, just by doing it you’ll get better at it 
I’ve found that Mr. Crilley’s video’s don’t teach me anything… And yet they help me improve immensely. Let me explain. Whenever I watch, I think, “Damn, I wish I was as good as him…” and then by the third or fourth video I’m all “Screw sitting and watching, I’m gonna go practice!” So even though I’m not following the tutorials verbatim, they still inspire me to draw. hm.. didnt you used to have a tutorial on how to draw the two female faces on this? ? i remember trying to draw them ages ago (lol) and i really wanted to try and learn it again and perfect it.. i hope the video didnt get taken down T_T’ i cant find it anywhere o;
They just decided not to try. I’m THE worst at drawing hair, but when I followed along with this tutorial, I drew the first one and it looks pretty darn good (haven’t tried the other 3 yet, too tired to do so. It’s really late XD)
